Condition of shirt - MintSize - XXLCondition details - Superb material look and feel, sponsor is greatMade by - UmbroPlayer - 1982 World Cup winning goalkeeper Giovanni Galli #1Player issue features - Correct player size number printed within the material, machine stitched crest and Coppa Italia shield, flock Beretta sponsor heat pressed, padding to shoulders, design not commercially available, swapped with an Aberdeen player and comes from their own personal collection - a signed letter verifying this will be providedNotes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued for Galli for the 1993-94 UEFA Cup Winners Cup Round of 16 matches against Aberdeen. Galli wore Umbro manufactured shirts despite Torino's kit being made by Lotto in this season given his own personal sponsorship deal. The former Fiorentina, Milan and Napoli hero wore an array of superb stand-out design Umbro templates and colourways during this his one and only season with the club. Galli played in both matches against Aberdeen but wore this design to a different colourway as the side progressed to the Quarter Finals where they would play Arsenal. Il Toro won 3-2 in Turin and 2-1 at Pittodorie to see off the Scottish outfit. Galli who won 19 caps for the Azzurri in the 80's and was in the squad at the 1982 World Cup moved on to Parma for 94-95 and sadly took his stunning shirt collection and the quirk of the keeper wearing a different brand to the outfield players with him Click the banner to get it at ONLY: GBP399.99
